Col.  Concon received his B.S. from East Tennessee State in 1982 and his Master of Arts · Human Resources from Webster University in 1990.

The Board of Directors of Patriot Village Veteran Housing, Inc is charged with the responsibility for managing the business affairs of the non-profit corporation.

Our goal is to maintain a diverse board, one that not only reflects the diversity of the veterans we serve, but also demonstrates a wide range of professional experience, academic background, and business acumen. The one constant requirement for board membership is an unfailing commitment to the care of housing challenged and disabled veterans and their families. To this end, we are always looking for individuals who possess such commitment and who desire to help Patriot Village Veteran Housing, Inc reach our ultimate objective – to reintegrate our veterans back into civilian life; to help veterans acquire affordable housing; to restore their dignity.
